LiveLife Ceuticals is committed to providing you with quality products, and because we care we have a return and/or refund policy that you can feel good about.
- All new and/or unused products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. This date is based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.
- Used and/or opened products can be exchanged for a replacement product or a credit can be applied to your account within 10 days of the delivery date. This date is also based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds and/or replacements will not be issued until the product has been confirmed to be received, but once received every effort will be made to handle the refund within 36 hours.
- To initiate a return, refund or replacement please contact us at [email protected]. All returns, refunds and replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will receive this from out support team.
By purchasing products you are stating that you understand that we are selling products that contain CBD (cannabidiol) and other cannabinoids derived from hemp with no more then 0.3% THC in accordance to the 2018 Farm Bill. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information and pictures for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
In some countries, you may incur some extra shipping charges for end-point drop off, tax tariffs, and other charges. If purchasing from a country outside of the United States, we implore you to do your own research about these possible charges prior to making a purchase. You will not be reimbursed or refunded based on these extra charges
